Dear Friends,
Spring is right around the corner and it is time to start planning for the annual Memorial Day Parade. We call on our many friends and organizations in the Tri-State area, to help us make the Bellevue-Dayton Memorial Day Parade the #1 Memorial Day Parade in Kentucky. With this year being our 97th , we are hoping to make it a memorable one for our veterans. With your help, we know we will accomplish this.
The parade will begin in Dayton, KY at the Veterans Monument (709 6th Ave) on Monday, May 25th at 10:30 am and end at the Bellevue Veterans Club. There is no required entry fee for your participation. We are asking you and/or your organization to help make our 97th parade the greatest tribute ever to the men and women who gave so much for all of us.
Please complete the enclosed entry form and return it to the undersigned address as soon as possible; then, approximately ten days prior to the day of the parade, you will be notified by regular mail (or e-mail, if provided) of the location of your unit in the parade.
Remember, it is only with your help and cooperation that we can continue with this longstanding tradition. Once again, we are looking forward to your support and thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Bellevue-Dayton Memorial Day Parade Committee
