The City of Dayton utilizes the services of the Campbell County Planning, Zoning, and Building Inspection Department for all zoning-related matters, including, but not limited to zoning map and text changes, variances, building permits, and sign permits. The Planning and Zoning Board meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m. and the Board of Adjustments meets on the third Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m. as needed.
