The name of the Agency is the City of Dayton, Kentucky
The Agency’s address is 514 Sixth Avenue, Dayton, Kentucky 41074, and the regular business hours are 9 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
City of Dayton Records Custodians
The custodian of records for the Police Department is the Police Clerk, Cassie Bartel.

Open Records Requests
Requests to review open records should be directed to the proper Custodian at the Agency’s address at 514 Sixth Avenue, Dayton, Kentucky 41074.
Fees
The fees for non-commercial copies of open records are as follows:
- Photocopies- 10 cents per page
- Oversize copies – the actual cost
- Photographs- $5.00 per print or actual cost
- Computer disc transfer- $10.00 per disc
- Mailed or emailed copies- 10 cents per page. Postage fees could apply when items are mailed.
- No charge if the requester provides the tape or disc.
