2025 Property Tax Bills Are in the Mail!

Property tax bills have been mailed out and should be arriving in mailboxes soon. A sample of the postcard-style bill is shown below so you know what to look for. If you would like to view your bill prior to receiving it in the mail, you can click here to view your property tax bill online.

Ways to Pay:

  • In person at the City Building (514 Sixth Ave.) — we accept cash, check, or credit card (credit card payments include a 2.5% processing fee)

  • By mail using cash or check

  • Online at: https://dayton.campbell.ky.pontemsoftware.com/

Due Date:
Payments are due by November 30, 2025.
Payments received or postmarked after that date will be subject to penalties and interest.

Homestead Exemption Information:
If you are 65 or older or 100% disabled, you may qualify for the Homestead Exemption — a reduction on the assessed value of your primary residence in the State of Kentucky.
